The market was overflowing with gimmicks, synthetic blends, and “miracle fabrics” that looked appealing on shelves but were anything but healthy for everyday living. As consumers, we felt it. As founders, we refused to accept it.
For me, Manjot Kaur (AKA - Vani Malik), this wasn’t just a business idea — it was personal. I grew up around textiles, around the hum of looms and the quiet pride of craftsmanship passed through generations. I knew what real cotton felt like. I knew what quality should be. And I knew the industry had drifted far from it.
In 2017, Nagesh (My Husband) and I decided to build something different. Something honest. Something that solved the problem we kept seeing everywhere: Why was it so hard to find beautiful, healthy, ethically made linens at a fair price?
So we rebuilt the process from the ground up.
We chose to manufacture only at fully vertically integrated plants with our high quality specifications, where every thread can be traced back to the farms where the cotton was grown. Farms that follow ethical, all‑natural standards, avoiding harsh chemicals that can harm our loved ones and the planet. This farmer‑first approach ensures purity from the soil upward — cotton grown responsibly, harvested respectfully, and transformed with care.
