Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Should you have any questions, our customer care team is always happy to assist at linenroyalluxury@gmail.com.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Kindly refrain from sending purchases directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, we kindly ask that you ship it to the address provided above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind. While we take every care, we are unable to guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
